Satellite Tv On Your PC

Recently, searching over the Internet for new software, I do these searches
daily, because I am some times bored, I found this new piece of software

It go my attention because I have never heard of such a thing before, I mean
I thought it I would need some kind of device to plug into my PC to use it,
